I know it’s been a rough day, which is an understatement, for the ISU family today. It’s okay to be affected by this, to not be okay, to be mad, sad, or whatever else you are feeling. Hang in there, be there for each other and remember that better days are ahead.

I always ask my students for the highlight of their weekend. In my 1st class I only had one response... This student is a server at a local place in Bloomington. They served a certain IU alum that is also an owner of an NBA franchise and were given a $10K tip.

I know Dr. & Mrs. Hanson who teach Spanish at ISU. Mrs. Hanson just told me that one of you said I was their favorite professor or PE 220 was your favorite class. However she wouldn’t tell me who said it. So, to whoever said those kind words… thank-you. It really means a lot
