Cory Nelson Jackie Seidel, PhD Jon Meddings And in terms of access to referrals, we have a fixed number of people like me (and it takes over a decade to train specialists) I can only see so many people in a week, only do so many surgeries in a week. With more referrals for incidentalomas, all patients wait longer.
