We have a saying in our program, it’s one vision. Not my vision, not your vision, it’s our vision. It doesn’t mean we agree all the time, but we do have to respect when a coach or a teammate is telling you something you’ve got to respect where they’re coming from and get on the

The people who make things happen are the people who don’t make excuses. If you’re looking for an excuse, you’ll find one. If you’re looking a way to make it happen, you’ll find one. Competitors always find a way to win.

Always protect your rep! Don’t let years of hard work get cut down for a few moments of false pride. Work hard in silence & never let ā€˜em see you sweat.

As an athlete, be prepared to face failure many times in your career. You will be overlooked. You will be doubted. You will be rejected. You will suffer from slumps and injuries. But you must stay positive and persevere until you succeed!

Your effort today tells your coaches everything they need to know about how prepared you are to help the team tomorrow. Great teams aren’t made of players who get what they want — they’re made of players who give what’s needed.

Champions don’t negotiate with their standard. They don’t lower the bar just because it’s hard, or they’re tired, or they don’t feel like it. Because your feelings? They don't win titles. Your standard does. Being elite isn’t about convenience. It’s about consistency.

Ego chases headlines, awards, credit, hype, recognition, attention. Humility chases impact, influence, progress, results, growth. Focus on what matters. Focus on what lasts. Humility is the way.

Grit is trusting the work even when the outcome is uncertain. It’s falling short, learning fast, and lacing up again the next day. Champions aren’t separated by talent alone. They’re separated by resilience. By their willingness to suffer on purpose — for a purpose called growth.

Getting better requires admitting two truths: 1. Nobody else is responsible for your growth 2. Nobody else is stopping your growth You can sit around waiting and complaining, or you can get started.

Practice being angry, you’ll be good at being angry. Practice being negative, you’ll be good at being negative. Practice being calm, you’ll be good at being at calm. Practice being positive, you’ll be good at being positive. Practice thoughts that make you better.

It doesn’t matter how naturally talented you are, if you don’t work hard, listen to your coaches, and put your team first, you won’t go far in your career.

My mom did a really good job of making sure that me and my brother never made excuses as kids. It was never anyone else’s fault, it was always our fault and what WE can control. Thats helped me in my mindset and helped me attack those situations and come out on the better end.

Accountability isn’t about punishment, it’s about growth. It’s about refusing to let people settle. It’s about believing people are capable of a higher standard, and fighting for them to pursue that standard. Call people up, not out.
