On Tuesday, we were joined by Will from Rethink Coventry & Warwickshire; REACH MH Alliance. We also talked to him about the many barriers that migrants face with mental health. We were also joined by Herbert Art Gallery & Museum who told us about the Coventry Open. #migrants #coventry #mentalhealth #foodpoverty

On Saturday a group of us went to Birmingham to take part in research focus groups led by Hopkins Van Mil for the National Environmental Research Council. We explored a range of environmental issues (i.e., climate change, food, extreme weather) #environment #migrants #research



On Monday at our art session, we were joined by Madeleine from Herbert Art Gallery & Museum who talked to us about their upcoming Divided Selves project. #art #migrants #communityengagement #Coventry


Yesterday, we were at Herbert Art Gallery & Museum. We were working on the Divided Selves Project. We saw Larry Achiampong's pan African flag, We talked about the colours and symbols that we would use on our own flags. #art #migrants #asylumseeker #migrantswelcome #coventry


Led a workshop for Inini Initiative Ltd at the Belgrade Theatre for National Social Prescribing Day. Attended by 12 people over 50. We talked about what makes us happy and created postcards around the theme. Was super wholesome creating and having conversations :)


On Monday, we were at the Herbert Art Gallery & Museum again! We continued to work on our flag for the Divide Selves project. We created templates and started cutting the fabric. Next week, we start sewing! #art #artist #creativity #migrants #migrantswelcome
