The Min of Justice/Attorney General of Canada announced today that following an extensive review of materials submitted by LZZ's James Lockyer and other advocates, the case of Mr. Wade Skiffington is being referred to the Court of Appeal for British Columbia for a new appeal pursuant to CC s. 696.1.
