Big day for Huawei as it looks like we've got first pictures of their fifth HIMA brand, Shangjie, built together with SAIC. It's a mid-sized SUV called H5 and gets a lidar unit on top of the screen and otherwise fairly muted and unadventurous styling.

I often talk about how some brands in China are very regional. Forthing is one of them. I never ever see the S7 anywhere, in any city, but in Chengdu they're everywhere, likely offered as affordable ride-hailing cars. The lowest drag co-efficient of any mass-produced car BTW.

Why are people calling this a shooting brake? It's a frigging hatchback. Literally nothing about the Song L is a shooting brake. It's basically a big Civic.
