When the talent was even. Crazy that FAMU @ that time was probably the best fball program in FL, & how they made sure through underfunding we would never recover. Just think of the FAMUs, JSUs, Southerns, Gramblings, PVAMs & NCAT were funded correctly. Think of the billions lost.
