This afternoon Inverclyde's Newly Qualified Teachers explored the benefits of introducing and leading a Numeracy Test of Change to improve confidence, fluency and efficiency. We know that it's what we do as teachers which supports our learners in achieving new PBs 🤩➕➖✖➗
