IowaGeologicalSurvey is exploring a new method for CO2 storage. Through an $11.3M DOE-funded project, they aim to inject CO2 deep underground, turning it into stable calcite. This may provide a long-term solution for CO2 storage. Read more: ow.ly/9E6n50U5pNk UIowa Engineering
