One more day!! ... to our 1st #RecoveryWalkMidwest as part of #RecoveryMonth Sat 21st Sept 2024. Gathering in Arthur's Quay Park, Limerick at 1.30pm & starting our 3.5km walk @ 2pm.

It's been a busy few weeks for the EEEFCom project. Firstly, presenting the project to #ecmh2024 in Krakow and then meeting with our project partners and course participants in Edinburgh to hear their experience and build the course toolkit #buildingrecoverycommunities

Today is #InternationalRecoveryDay which aims to highlight the topic of substance recovery and recognise the significance of recovery in people's lives. Recovery is for everyone, every family and every community.

On Friday night our Recovery coaches Paul and Steven hosted our first men's Recovery cafe in collaboration with John Boland from GetUpAdventures. A space to raise awareness of mens health month with food, music and chats. Thanks to all who came along to make it great night 😉

Our last recovery cafe of 2024 will be taking place on Monday 16th December at 4PM. Warm up the vocal chords and join us for an evening thats sure to be entertaining.
