This morning, our Seminar Director, Col 🇮🇪 Richard Brennan, Siobhán Mullally (UN SR Trafficking in Persons) (Irish Centre for Human Rights) & Rossa Mulcahy officially opened the 14th Seminar for Legal Advisors of the Armed Forces, hosted in Galway. About 90 experts from a variety of countries have registered to attend the Seminar.


The 2nd session discussed the protection of peacekeepers, including in case of robust mandates. Under the chairmanship of Prof. R. Murphy (Irish Centre for Human Rights), MajGen (Ret.) A. Ó Murchú (🇮🇪) and Dr. B. Sonczyk (The Hague University for Applied Sciences) shared their insights.


The 14th Seminar for Legal Advisors of the Armed Forces, organized in Galway 🇮🇪 with the support of Óglaigh na hÉireann, and in partnership with Irish Centre for Human Rights, EUROMIL, Geneva Water Hub, Maritime Institute and DCAF HQ.
