Just loading up our historical data into FYTT. It's pretty cool to see our players' career progress. Here are the bench and squat trajectories for one of our guys.

Our Football Strength & Conditioning Coaches like to lead workouts by projecting from their iPads to the TV screens so athletes can follow along without paper or devices. I’m curious to know how other coaches like to deliver workouts to their athletes.

Our strength coaches and I have started brainstorming and testing decision trees that automatically assign players to the most appropriate training program based on their individual data. I'm curious to know how others have used their data to individualize training?

At Utah, we strive for individualization beyond weights. We use HIIT to improve repeated sprint ability. Our system automatically groups players with similar MAS & maps the field. Set the cones, line up, & press play! Can you share how you individualize training for large groups?
