A lovely walk by the river heading towards Cressage with our fab leader Sally who always reminds us to be mindful and take note of the sounds, sights and smells of our surroundings.

We have such wonderful dingles throughout the Gorge - anyone know which one this is? And which one is your favourite?

Today is the earliest day that our walkers can bag a 100 mile medal and it will happen on the Wrekin Giant - watch this space for who might it be? Will they keep on walking for the Cartman Challenge? Who knows….

Well, this fab four were the first to cross the 100 mile mark and what a great place to do it - on top of the Wrekin! Bob, Deb, Lynn and Mart will be joined by many others over the next 3 days. Well done to everyone working towards your own personal goals, whatever your distance!
