We had a lab movie screening today of Picture a Scientist Gender bias is rampant in STEM but depending on who you talk to some will say it’s no longer a problem 🤷🏻‍♀️ I say drop what you’re doing & watch this if you’re in Science in any way/form/level. BECOME AWARE. It starts there.

Welcome move IMO, ❌ echo chamber collabs, forge new collabs which will ALSO strengthen academic research ecosystem. ✅✅
