First Dublin City Marathon in the books. Nearly €2,000 raised for Irish Heart Foundation and a sub 3.10 time. The atmosphere was class, the weather not so much.
I really enjoyed The Island Golf Club this morning. It’s a good test all the way around and 12-15 would grace any course in the land. You’d be delighted to find the course in this condition in summer, let alone mid-November. Just great. No wonder the members were such a happy bunch!

I loved my day at The Island Golf Club so much in 2023. We had 20 guys on the trip and some of them voted it their favorite course on the trip. A trip that included some heavy hitters in counties Mayo, Sligo and Lough.
