Since Wed 11th Dec I have been trying to get an answer from British Airways about changing a flight due to a bereavement. I still don’t have a an answer after over 5 hrs of calls, but also have never experienced such bad customer service which has caused emotional distress.

But if you're going to whine about traditional aesthetics, you should at least know something about it. If we're supposed to return to a 1950s WASP lifestyles, then I would hope this shoe is not foreign to you. The fact it is shows you're just an internet reactionary.
