A super power to develop that will help you stay grounded: Letting others be wrong about you, sometimes. Trying to convince everyone (esp. those who aren’t good for your peace) of your goodness drains you. Make peace with the fact that everyone doesn’t need to “get” you.

One way to reframe your thoughts when you're comparing yourself negatively to others is to ask yourself: How can I feel more empowered in my own story, instead of feeling disempowered in somebody else's? Bringing the focus back to yourself will help you feel inspired + better.
