One of my favourite rules: No phone for the first 6 hours of my day. It was tough at first. But once you realise how calm and clear your mind becomes, you never want to check your phone. Your mind is your greatest asset. Give it the space it deserves.

Focus is the easiest idea to understand but the hardest idea to execute.

Call me strange, but I care more about my personal growth than my business growth. If the two line up, fantastic. But I want to be thinking clearer, feeling better, and being more free each year. The rest is just icing on the cake.

The biggest mistake I see entrepreneurs make: Waiting for the perfect idea. Last month, I sat in a room with 10 entrepreneurs making $150k-1.5M/year. Not one obsessed over a revolutionary concept. Instead, they started by solving specific problems for specific people.

I used to think self-improvement was the key to success. But the older I get, the more I realise it’s self-inquiry. Observation leads to understanding, understanding leads to change.
