Technically, my first PT appointment was the day after surgery, but this week the real work begins. I managed to get to 80 degrees of flexion, 5 days post-op. Post-op visit with the surgeon going over how they fixed my knee. It's healing well and I still can't believe how small the scars are. ACL recovery is mental as much as physical. You MUST do it at your own pace. Don't rush. Short shooting is my first step back on court in 3 months.
