I celebrate #ICC Prosecutor Karim A. A. Khan KC’s application for an arrest warrant for Min Aung Hlaing. It confirms what Myanmar's people, particularly the Rohingya, have long known – that MAH is criminally responsible for horrific, continuing atrocities. Now accountability must follow
