On June 9, 2000 OPP Sergeant Margaret J. Eve died from injuries sustained two days earlier when she was struck by a truck while conducting a robbery investigation on Hwy 401 near Chatham. Margaret also served on OPPA Branch 1 Executive. Always fondly remembered. #HeroesInLife
