Yesterday we had a BOMBastic Seminar and Mentoring Session with Harmit S. Malik. Thank you so much for visiting US in Mainz! Happy to had the chance of organizing this together with Stela Kanta ☺️

We had a blast! Proud and thankful for Jessica Leismann & Stela Kanta for organizing it around the defusal of a 500kg bomb from WW2 just around the corner of the institute. Big thanks to Harmit S. Malik for all science, advice and unfazed charisma despite the potentially 🧨 outcome

One of the most memorable moments of my PhD was meeting Harmit S. Malik. We had the best time organizing this event together with Jessica Leismann. And the talk was definitely a blast🧨💣 Thank you all for being there, and thank you, Harmit S. Malik, for visiting us! IMB Mainz

Congratulations Cristina Policarpi, Jamie Hackett and team! And a giant thank you for making the MS (and tools) available to the community through bioRxiv. Had we waited for peer review to see this, parts of our work would’ve been delayed by more than a year!
