Excited to share our new preprint! We developed methods for - and executed - pooled base editor screens of >100 critical T cell signaling genes in primary human T cells. We leveraged our findings to characterize critical protein domains and engineer superior anti-tumor T cells!

New research from bizarMD, shows that higher blood glucose levels 'attract' cancer cells to spread to the liver. Lowering blood sugar reduced metastases to the liver and enhanced the effectiveness of the immunotherapy drug they studied. Read more: cancer.columbia.edu/news/liver-met…
