The Ministry of Works & Transport hosted the different CSOs under the drowning prevention program for a breakfast meeting as we prepare for the stakeholder retreat to review the national drowning prevention plan and plan adequately for drowning prevention week. #DrowningPrevention




Today, with our consultant Mr. David Wataako, we reviewed a draft of the best global practices with respect to water transport safety regulations. This is a build up to our support to Ministry of Works & Transport to develop evidence based water transport safety regulations to end drowning.
