Playing a solo show tonight at Grand Valley St University for "Lakerpalooza". When I was in college, we had a similar event that always had a mechanical bull. I'm hoping there are 100s of college kids who come ride a the bull while listening to sad acoustic versions of rock & roll songs.

If you were to listen to a great song and then all of a sudden that great song referenced the Black Eyed Peas song "Boom Boom Pow", would it ruin the song or would you give it a pass? Asking for a friend who's going to start tracking a new album in less than 48 hours.

Update: If you enunciate correctly, you can replace M***er F***er with "ragamuffin" and save yourself from a bunch of awkward conversations with friends who listen to your friends who listen to your music with their kids.
