At times, Wink might be asking too much with his disguises, but when executed correctly, they put the QBs head in a blender. 7 sacks for the day. Great 3rd down stop.

Another 3rd down. The defender has a clear shot to blow this play up and force a play. Haynes makes a lateral cut to avoid it, and scampers up the sideline for a critical 1st down pickup.

Designed QB run. I get the sense from their body language, Nebraska D is tired and a little defeated. It’s been a 7 minute drive and they’re just allowing themselves to be blocked.

There was a lot of discussion on the ol timeline yesterday. People asking what Link was doing. He was eyeing the nearest threat - the CB. The safety closes from 2 yards deep in the endzone and behind Link, which he can’t see. If Bryce stays on Haynes’ ass, he scores

Michigan took possession with a 7 point lead and 12:40 on the clock. They kicked the FG with 3:54 left in the game. EIGHT MINUTES 46 SECONDS!!! 30-20 〽️

Same formation and play they used to convert the 4th on this drive. It’s well designed. Michigan just has to solve how to get the coverage sorted out. Maybe stack Hillman behind the corner 🤷

Kendrick Bell comes up clutch. It’s a perfect onsides kick that bounces up high. Bell has to concentrate on the ball while exposing his ribs, legs, outstretched arms. Heck of a job. And yes, Danielson did confuse Bell for…./checks audio…Max Bredeson 😂😂😂

Michigan hangs on for a 30-27 win on the road. I enjoyed this game a lot more on review because I could spend time scrutinizing the outstanding blocking. It was impressive to see the line control the game. The running backs deserve game balls.

290 yards rushing & 105 passing. Meanwhile, the D holds the Huskers to 43 rushing yards & 7 sacks. The score doesn’t indicate how dominant Michigan was. Take away the botched clock management at the end of the 1st, and a lapse of discipline in the 3rd and it’s a double digit win
