15 years ago student (now US Army Captain) Nicholas Hall suggested Clinton School of Public Service begin "Giving at Graduation" by collecting items/donations to support a local nonprofit or charitable organization. Today that tradition of giving continues & thousands have benefitted from it.


Congrats to graduates Levi Davis of Batesville High (University of Central Arkansas) & Manu Guribelli of Little Rock Central High (University of Arkansas ) who received Rutherford college scholarships thru the Arkansas Community Foundation.
