Fallen firefighter Marcelo “Ox” Garcia was a pillar of Houston’s East End. He was a lifelong public servant—whether on-duty with Houston Fire Dept or off-duty giving back to his native #MagnoliaPark. Today we honored him, his family and his Station 23 brothers. May he rest in peace.
