It is unusual for my view on an issue to change 180 deg. I came to this Health Affairs paper with the concern that adjusting quality measures for social risk would do more harm than good. I am now convinced that NOT adjusting is the real potential harm. healthaffairs.org/doi/10.1377/hl…
