Serious criticisms of the Farrelly report in ‘the Grace case’ by Caoilfhionn Gallagher KC, David Cullinane T.D. and John McGuinness TD on RTÉ Prime Time - raises troubling concerns about the approach of the HSE to the inquiry and the treatment of whistleblowers. So many unanswered questions.

There are several downsides here, No accountability, No one named and shamed, No one before a judge and no proof of any kind that this is not happening again to any other child right now. Until people who fuck up start going to jail nothing ever changes. #Grace
