One in 5 leave without treatment. Where is the outrage by government MLA's? Where is the plan to fix healthcare? Not refocussing but fixing the underlying problems. Where is the accountability?

Such a common misconception. That people who leave the ER without being seen didn't really need to there in the first place. In 2024 it was reported in Ont that these people had a 14% higher death rate than those that remained. In a week. Doesn't sound minor to me.

This is what the media needs to be reporting on... The people who leave early have a higher rate of unnecessary death. Well studied. It is a critical sign of system failure.
