From the desk of Sheriff Calvin Hayden: JCSO deputies are working on a deadly, single-car crash near 200th and Moonlight Road this morning. We will provide more information as needed throughout the day.

From the desk of Sheriff Calvin Hayden: #JSCO deputies have closed off 159th to 167th at Four Corners Road due to a crash. The area will be closed for some time. Use an alternate route if you need to travel in the area. There are no injuries.

Update: The road has now reopened.

Sheriff Calvin Hayden has released information regarding the fatal crash on the morning of May 26. The last name of the man who was arrested was misspelled in the original post. He is Jason E. Brumley, 39.

Eight years ago, Master Deputy Collins was killed in the line of duty when his vehicle was struck from behind while conducting a traffic stop on 69 HWY in Overland Park, KS. Master Deputy Collins was a husband and a father who served with the JCSO for 21 years. #NeverForget
