I have really enjoyed this Fall semester in my new position! I have learned so much and I'm grateful to be able to work with such an amazing Team! I look forward to the Spring semester! But, until then I am looking forward to resting during this Winter Break! Happy Holidays!!!🎄

Coaches Collaborative Bootcamp - Day 1 was a huge success!!! We started our book study on The Impact Cycle. The turnout and collaboration was simply amazing!!! We can't wait for Day 2 in February! Thank you to Amplify for providing T-shirts for all attendees!

The Math Coaches Collaborative Bootcamp Day 1 was a great success! It was good to meet and work with these amazing Math Coaches! Our Coaches are working hard to support their teachers and students on their campuses! Thanks to CRYSTAL ST JULIAN for having us!

What an AMAZING turnout in our Pre-K Sneak Peek Power Hour!!! 46 Teachers and Paras came out to dive into whole group instruction and planning!!! Teachers got a chance to see some of their colleagues in action via classroom videos and then collaborate and share new lessons! 👏🏾

Today was our second day of classroom walkthroughs in Pre-K! I really enjoyed my visit at Major Elementary!!! I couldn't believe they were only 4! They are already doing so well with routines and procedures!!! Great job Pre-K Team!!! Have an AMAZING year!!! 👏🏾🎉

I ended my day of Classroom Environment Walkthroughs with my Beneke Elementary family! It's always great seeing them! The kids were doing so well with routines and procedures as they prepared for lunch. They were all just so cute and happy to be at school! We are the foundation!

Another awesome day of Pre-K Classroom Walkthroughs! I had a chance to visit Eikenroht Elementary! The students were so engaged and excited about learning! Way to go Pre-K Team!!!

Today's Walkthroughs were at Saylers and Bammel Elementary. This year we stressed to our Paras that they were Instructional Paras. Shout out to Ms. Rene at Salyers for showing what that looks like! I also enjoyed AVANCE teaching while teachers were CLI testing! Go Pre-K!!! 👏🏾
