Had a flight with United Airlines , preselected seats in advance, yet they changed them on us without any indication and had my 3 year old son sitting alone. I complained to the representative at the gate and was told “take it up with United.com.” Classy airline.

Here we go again JetBlue … Says flight is on time both at gate and on App yet doors we’re supposed to close 10 minutes ago and we have no updates and no accommodations for the wait… flight B6 6472. Do better for your loyal customers, this is truly sad.
