Meet our players. Starting with the one we affectionately call “Michigan Bella”, her quickness, smothering defense, and her smile while blowing by you are some of her greatest attributes. Let’s go Bella!

Next in our player spotlight we will highlight Lily. Lily is the engine for our middle school group. Her tenacious defense frustrates opponents and her three point shooting crushes souls! She’s our little spitfire and we can’t wait to see what the future holds!

Next up in our player spotlight is our down low stud, Brooklyn Wilkin. Opponents can’t keep up with her speed and footwork, she can score from anywhere on the court, and makes her presence known on defense. This girl is the total package and she’s got big things in store!

Tonight’s player profile is Makenzie Felske. Kenzie has heart and hustle and her length creates problems for opponents. Kenzie loves making her teammates shine and does the little things that make a big impact. Assists, screens, and box outs all make her happy (and her coaches).

Tonight’s spotlight is on Emi, one of our middle schoolers.Emi came to us last year and we are so glad she did. She’s one of the sweetest kids you’ll ever meet, but that doesn’t mean she doesn’t go hard at you on the court. She continues to improve and the sky’s the limit!

Great tournament win for our HS girls last night with a few MS girls sprinkled in who showed up in a big way!!! Keep grinding, that was some pretty great defense you played yesterday!

Our next player spotlight comes from our middle school team. Grace Harrington from Van Buren came to us this year and has provided heart and hustle and a high ceiling of talent. She was tournament MVP this weekend. Grace’s star shines brighter and brighter each tournament!

Happy Tuesday! Today we’d like to introduce you to Jillian. She’s new to JSBA this year and we are so glad she came. Her energy and hustle on the court have been an incredible addition to our MS team. She’s already making an impact and we can’t wait to watch her development!

Time for another player introduction! Jayden is our middle school team’s engine. Her energy and smothering defense frustrates opponents and anyone she’s guarding! She’s got the grit, drive and hustle and her presence on the court makes any team a better team!

Our young guns put on a defensive clinic today and came home with the championship! Also met Luke Walton and he was so kind and took a pic with the girls and wished them luck!

Congrats to our 2026 JSBA team on a great showing TFN's Run 4 Roses. They played with only three seniors and the rest of our team filled by 2027s, 2028s, 2029s and even a 2030! We will miss our seniors but excited about the future!

Our littles with a STRONG finish at the TFN's Run 4 Roses. They were down to six by the last two games but that’s all they needed to come home with the ‘ship! Nothing like closing down the expo center! Worth it to see this talented, gutsy bunch! Future is bright 😎
