I'm beyond thrilled to announce that my first opera is to be given its premiere next season at the Royal Opera House. It's called Mirror, Mirror, Signal, and tells the life story of Maureen Rees from the 90s TV series Driving School. Royal Ballet and Opera

Hearing The Hanover Band band preparing their Bach St John Passion, ahead of a concert this coming Saturday, in Steyning. Just magic from that opening chorus! Looking forward to seeing my #Sussex based friends there.

The joys of working with a small village choir... in what other circumstance would I be moved to compose a setting of Drop, Drop, Slow Tears for unison voices, with descant, oboe solo, and jazz piano? All of this has then been distilled into a version for unaccompanied SSATBB.
