Excited to share our new paper out in Movement Disorders Journal We looked at acute dyskinesia during monopolar review in STN & GPi DBS in PD and found correlations with modulation of subthalamo-pallidal fibers. Fiber Data Hub now includes two large brain tumor datasets (data-nih/tcia at brain.labsolver.org): 🧠 UPenn-GBM (~600) 🧠 UCSF-PDGM (~400) I've fixed the original DWI—without these fixes, they wouldn't be usable for tracking! Now we can track any of the ~1,000 patients.

Fiber Data Hub now includes two large brain tumor datasets (data-nih/tcia at brain.labsolver.org):
