What’s also pretty amazing is Trailborn is now part of Marriott. Huge footprint for an up and coming brand and a testament to what they’re building.

Unfortunately will get worse. Hard to imagine but that’s what’s coming for next few years it seems.

Very important advice here. A bad partner will make a great deal bad . A great partner will make a bad deal as good as it can be.

I’ll be raising significant capital this year to buy a few more hotels like White Barn Inn. Deals like this don’t come around often, and when they do being ready is a competitive advantage. We acquired this one off market, I’m guessing the others will follow a similar path.
