Did you know? 💡LUMINOUS CURRENT is a large-scale light-based installation designed by JXTA's Environmental Design Lab - a permanent fixture at @guthrietheater (Pohlad Lobby on the 9th Floor) built in 2019 by two JXTA apprentices: Temesgen Besha and D’Angelo Raymond.

(1995) JXTA's very first VALT session took place in Sumner Olson public housing. For 29 years, Juxtaposition Arts has provided arts education, employment, and development opportunities for young people in North Minneapolis.
