Jaymen Townsend (Marion H.S. 2025) has some incredibly impressive physical tools. 6’6” and built like a NFL player. Handles it well for his size and continues to improve as a shooter. His pull-up game is consistent. Rebounds very well. Playing with Darius Garland Elite.

Dikembe Shaw (Crown Point H.S. 2026) is flashing some of his offensive versatility against a very good Wildcat Select 3SSB team. The 6'6" wing for Darius Garland Elite operates very well in the mid-range and around the basket. Uses his length + mobility to his advantage.

O’Mari Evans (Portage H.S. 2025) has stood out to me this weekend for Darius Garland Elite. Shot-making guard that can create his own off of the bounce. Tight handle, changes direction fluidly, and is quick getting out of his moves. Under-the-radar scorer.

Ended the weekend with arguably the best game yet. Darius Garland Elite held on to beat Indiana Elite Team Indiana 74-71. Jaymen Townsend (Marion H.S. 2025) led all scorers with 24. O’Mari Evans (Portage H.S. 2025) added 18. Justin Kirby (Fishers H.S. 2025) had 23 in the loss.
