I am extremely honoured to receive the IntSoc Biomechanics Jaquelin Perry Emerging Female Scientist Award. I have been so lucky to have incredible mentors, colleagues, and students. My successes=your successes! Thank you to @ISB_2021 for the incredible virtual conference UQ Medicine

I am very happy to announce that I have been awarded the inaugural Queensland Defence Science Alliance HDR capability grant for UQ. Congratulations to all other grant winners at our partner universities - I look forward to working with you all! #UQ #STEM …eenslanddefencesciencealliance.com.au/2021-qdsa-hdr-…

Thanks #WCB2022 for a great conference! It was an honor to present my work today. Taylor Dick Glen Lichtwark

Thanks ABC 13 for the chance to share our new (preliminary) passive ankle exoskeleton data! #ABC13biomech ANZSB Taylor Dick Glen Lichtwark

🚨 New study on elastic ankle #exoskeletons & perturbations "results suggest that even though elastic exos cannot directly dissipate energy, they do not disrupt the perturbation response & humans can recover steady vertical hopping within one cycle." royalsocietypublishing.org/doi/10.1098/rs…

Thrilled to have our research supported by The ALS Association-We will explore the potential for exoskeletons to assist movement in #ALS. Exciting collab between my team Derik Steyn Shyuan Ngo 🧠🔬🧫👩🏻🍳😻 James Williamson Zach Lerner and Biomotum UQ News UQ Medicine tinyurl.com/mtsrth8d

A big congrats to Nicole Yvette Kelp and James Williamson who both successfully defended their PhDs !!! I am so grateful for these two, as my first PhD students UQ Medicine they built the lab with me from an empty space to a flourishing hub of brilliant young scientists.

A fun collab with Dominic Farris out in The Royal Society where we explore how simple exoskeleton devices influence standing balance. A big shout out to the awesome team of undergrads and James Williamson who led this data collection. royalsocietypublishing.org/doi/10.1098/rs…
