Roblox averaged 23 month paying user lifetimes at its IPO. Candy Crush had 6 months. Roblox had flattening retention, Candy Crush steep. You can build a massive co with long or short lifetimes, but it's much easier to grow when you don't need to keep refilling an empty bucket.
