I have about 15 patients who lost 100-200 pounds and kept it off for 5 or more years without medicine or surgery who are now taking GLP-1 (or GLP-1/GIP) agonists due to their increasing insatiable appetites. They now have relief. There shouldn’t be shame in using them.
