One of my favorite things to do is teach as part of our resident designed and run ACEs, trauma, and resiliency curriculum. We had our telehealth skill building workshop today. It’s exciting to hear how residents incorporate these skills into their everyday practice!

I just got my 3rd COVID booster (since I see patients). I feel incredibly grateful to all the scientists and YEARS of work in the making of this vaccine. There is a lot of misinformation out there. If you aren’t sure, find trusted sources, dialogue. Don’t let the virus win.

I am so proud of my son for getting his second COVID vaccine. His teacher told us he was so excited to share the news with his friends! A public health advocate in the making.

The CDC just approved COVID-19 boosters for everyone five years and older. That means if you or your 5+ child were fully vaccinated in December or earlier, you should go get your first booster shot today.
