Another late night for the boys of spring last night. Beat Purnell Swett 4-0. Jake Jeffrey was lights out on the mound. 6IP, 1H, 10K, 0R. Aiden McBride closed it out. Preston Smith lead the offense with multiple hits. We move to (10-1) on the year. Next game is Tuesday at home

Last night we picked up another dramatic win 6-3 in 8 innings against West Brunswick. Luke Vargo lead all hitters with 3 hits. Not to mention game tying double with 2 outs in the 7th. Cam Mathews and Jake Jeffrey also had multiple hits. Preston Smith with the win on the mound.

Wilmington Post 10 earned a 16-0 victory over Hope Mills Post 32 to take a 2-0 series lead in the Area II semifinals. Logan Ponnett went 2-for-4 with a walk and 3-run home run. Jake Jeffrey was 3-for-4 with 2 RBI and 3 runs scored. Tyler Jumper pitched 4 shoutout innings

Final: Wilmington 4, Cherryville 1 Luke Vargo and Patrick Boldt both reached base 3 times. Logan Ponnett had 2 hits Chase Buscher pitched 3 hitless innings to earn the win. Jake Jeffrey got the save by pitching the final 2 1/3 innings
