I first connected with Jake Cerota and Ashton Hopp in 2020 at the height of COVID when they started Grow the Game to bring managers together. Amazing to see 5 years later, they have arguably the most packed event at the NABC convention. Such great stuff they do for managers.

I don’t know when the live evaluation is for manager scouting but the EYBL has elite prospects. These kids are FLYING all over the place to clean up wet spots, pick up trash, get trainers. These guys will not be beaten to a locker room at halftime.

Learning more about this. These kids are all managers at college programs. Very cool partnership between Grow the Game and EliteYouthBasketball.

This summer I got the opportunity to work for The Playbook Group and EliteYouthBasketball thanks to Jake Cerota and Grow the Game. I am extremely grateful for this experience, the people I worked with and the connections I made. I hope to build on it heading into my senior year with Illinois Men's Basketball!
