Coach Drew Bell won the 3000 m Steeplechase at the Pan American Masters Championship. 70 Countries and 9000 athletes. Gold Medal. I am stunned and amazed. Jesus Christ Lord and Savior. Great completion from Brazil; USA; Australia etc. Until this year, I won by 26 seconds.

The 800 I was seeded 8th and grabbed my 2nd medal of the meet 2nd place Silver. I tied the record today in Pan American Games by finishing in the top 8 in all 4 events. I am All Pan American in 4 events.
