Year 10 work experience at Priory Community School - an Academy. The feedback speaks for itself- “What a lovely, polite fella, he got stuck in straight away, even tried a bit of Tai Chi.” “Has been an absolute joy to work with today! Great feedback from senior members of the business who met her today.”

With a great Priory Community School - an Academy year 10 work experience week all done and dusted, we are already looking ahead to 2 more essential activities for year 10 students- Mock interview day on June 25th and Weston College taster day on June 26th. Details to follow later this week....

This is the 100th Priory Community School - an Academy careers and activities bulletin (pause for applause). I cannot wait to close the school year with our annual year 7 interview challenge. Dan Aldridge MP's summer school will be lots of fun. Bridgwater & Taunton College's summer school sessions look fantastic too.

We are really looking forward to the Priory Community School - an Academy year 7 interview challenge in the last full week of term. The whole year group will prepare a CV & research career paths before visiting the careers office to talk through ideas. Any questions? Email [email protected]

Like #Wimbledon, The Priory Learning Trust year 5 interview challenge entered its second week on Monday. The ever capable wcsa_careers from WCSA stepped in to support at St Anne's Hewish and had a great time meeting the students to listen to their hopes and dreams. Aces every time.

We wrapped up The Priory Learning Trust's yr 5 interview challenge today at Berrow. The event is embedded in the DNA of the school & the legacy of participation was evident on the career board in the restaurant. Career conversations can be both light & fun with underlying research & consideration.

The year 7 interview challenge started at Priory Community School - an Academy this morning. Students visited the careers office with a CV, some research and lots of ideas for their first job interview. Thanks to year 12 WEX students from Churchill Sixth Form for their help. It’s going to be a great week.
