Had a wonderful afternoon experiencing the Solar Eclipse with my students. They squealed wih joy everytime it got darker or brighter. What a dynamic interactive science experiment! Thanks Ms. Sharwarko for the lessons & Jamestown Elementary PTA, @APSscience, & Arlington Public Schools for glasses.

This morning, I met with students and staff at Jamestown Elementary as part of my spring school visits. Students presented to judges for the Chesapeake Bay Watershed Project. Principal Michelle McCarthy took a climb on the wall and students visited the book fair. It was a busy morning!
