Our work on the scNOVA single cell method has now been published in Nature Biotechnology. This Strand-seq based computational method combines nucleosome occupancy and SV analysis to determine the effects of somatic structural variants in leukaemia. bit.ly/3EBUY62

To clarify, a companion manuscript (medrxiv.org/content/10.110…) to our study (biorxiv.org/content/10.110…) used our long-read dataset for imputation and genome-wide association studies. Collectively, both studies show how long-reads can be leveraged for broad scientific applications.
